Clare's examples and explanations were really fruitful for crystallizing these ideas. I immediately took the strategy and business tools from the Career Accelerator and was able to use them. The networking opportunity was also great, getting to know people in this space and understanding what roles they're in and how they're navigating.

MEET YOUR DIGITAL HEALTH MENTOR

>> FOUNDER OF WELL
>> DIGITAL HEALTH INVESTOR & ADVISOR
>> EXECUTIVE LEADER
>> F500 CONSULTANT (ALPHABET, SANOFI)

Looking back on my 10+ years in the digital health industry, there's so much that my training as a clinical psychologist never prepared me for. I joined my first startup straight out of my doctorate, and I made plenty of mistakes. Mistakes I can help you avoid.

Early on, I was constantly fighting to get my voice heard, and I felt like I was always a step behind. The important decisions were happening without my input - or any clinical perspective - in the room.

I finally figured it out. You have to think, speak, and deliver like a business leader to be taken seriously. And you have to be taken seriously to create the meaningful impact you're looking for.

I developed proven best practices allowing me to be promoted to VP at a multi-billion dollar company 4 years into my career, scale my teams, and get recruited into multiple C-level executive roles.

Since then, I’ve become an investor in startups and a trusted consultant to Fortune 100 clients including Alphabet and Sanofi.

Today, my work is to empower mission-driven, goal-oriented women to become the leading voices in healthcare innovation. You are the catalysts that will create real, meaningful, important change that helps people and heals systems.

Avoid the trial-and-error, frustration, and wasted time trying to figure it out alone.

I’d love to work with you!

Meet more women who accelerated their careers in health.

Their stories show what’s possible when you know how to claim your seat at the table.

valerie

Found her voice, and pulled up a seat at the table.

  • Before joining the Career Accelerator, Valerie often sat in senior leadership meetings without speaking up. “I would contribute very little because I thought I didn’t know anything,” she said. As a researcher, the business language felt unfamiliar — and she struggled to see herself as an equal thought partner.

Through the program, she built confidence, deepened her understanding of digital health business, and found support in a community of like-minded women. “I didn’t feel like I was able to use my voice before,” she said. “Now, I contribute much more and think of myself as an equal thought partner.”

Since graduating, Valerie has launched her own consulting business!

jessica

Went from “pushing ideas” to driving strategy at the highest level.

  • “I joined the Career Accelerator with the goal to improve buy-in for my ideas, but I gained something much more valuable.”

Through the program, she developed a deeper understanding of how business strategy intersects with clinical research and product development. “I learned to triangulate the problem across stakeholders and detach from specific solutions,” she shared. Instead of pushing individual ideas, she began aligning her work with the core business and user needs — adapting her approach for different audiences like payers and end users.

The result? Stronger buy-in — not just for a single idea, but for her presence and perspective in strategic leadership conversations. “I gained buy-in for my ‘seat at the table,’” she said.

aarthi

Landed a bigger role, at an even bigger company.

  • Before joining the Career Accelerator, Aarthi had built a successful career in research leadership — but felt unsure how to engage in high-level business conversations. “I didn’t really feel like I had gotten any sort of formal training or mentoring,” she shared. As her company went through layoffs and an acquisition, she wanted to better understand strategy and contribute with confidence.

Through the program, Aarthi gained practical tools for evaluating business priorities and made immediate changes in how she showed up in meetings. “A light bulb went off in my head,” she said, recalling how one session helped her connect the dots between strategic decisions and company direction.

Today, she regularly engages in strategic discussions and helps shape research priorities that align with business goals. “Before, I may not have been as confident or comfortable asking questions,” she said. “Now, I definitely ask more questions and I’m not afraid to speak up.”

With a clearer view of the bigger picture, she’s leading her team with new focus and visibility.

erin

The best investment she made in her business

  • As a trauma expert and co-founder of Rebound Health, Erin had deep clinical knowledge — but stepping into a startup leadership role brought a whole new learning curve. She needed to make business decisions, communicate with investors, and scale the product without compromising on clinical integrity.

Both Erin and her co-founder saw the Career Accelerator as the best investment they could have made in their startup. “This was the most valuable accelerator we’ve ever encountered,” Erin shared.

Through expert mentorship, real-world strategy tools, and a supportive network, Erin gained the confidence and business skills to lead Rebound’s next phase of growth.

wendy

Gained the confidence and tools to launch her own business

  • When Wendy joined the Career Accelerator, she wanted to grow her ability to lead strategy — not just within her team, but across her company.

The program helped her gain clarity, sharpen her communication, and recognize the full scope of her leadership potential. “I have confidence and tools to use to deliver impactful strategy both at a company level and at my team level,” she shared.

She left with a stronger ability to showcase her impact — and a new vision for what was next.

Since completing the program, Wendy launched her own consulting business where she advises digital health companies on product, strategy, and clinical alignment. She’s also building the foundation for launching her own health tech startup in the future.

jessica

Built the skills for the job, and a network for the journey.

  • When Jessica transitioned into health tech, she quickly realized she needed to level up her business skills to lead effectively in her new environment. “After making the jump to health tech, I realized there were business skills that I needed to develop as a leader in my new position,” she shared.

Through the Career Accelerator, Jessica sharpened her strategic thinking, learned new frameworks, and gained tools she continues to use as she grows in her career. “I honed my business skills, improved my strategic thinking, and gained new tools and resources that will serve me throughout my career,” she said.

Since completing the program, Jessica has been promoted twice and now leads at a senior level. She was also invited to share the stage with her CEO at a major industry conference.

For her, the most meaningful part of the program was the community: “The opportunity to form relationships and hear from other women leaders in my industry was invaluable.”

How it works:

Your action plan in the Career Accelerator

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. Whether you follow our step-by-step curriculum or create your own path, you’ll build the business skills, strategic clarity, and visibility to take control of your career and create a bigger impact in healthcare.

Step 01 .

Business Confidence

Understand how business decisions really get made in healthcare, from payers and providers to employers and investors.

Gain fluency in business models, financial strategy, and startup viability, so you can think and speak at the executive level.

Identify the gaps in your company’s strategy and start asking the right questions that drive high-level decisions.

Step 02.

Strategic Clarity

Develop a clear strategic perspective and align it with what actually drives business value.

Learn how to translate complex ideas into an executive-ready deliverable.

Craft a compelling story that makes your ideas impossible to ignore.

Step 03.

Visible Impact

✔ Shift from doing the work to driving the conversation to position yourself as a decision-maker, not just an executor.

✔ Strengthen your cross-functional influence and learn how to connect with leaders across clinical, research, product, finance, and operations.

✔ Build internal allies, so colleagues seek out your expertise instead of overlooking you.

Step 04.

Own Your Leadership Path

✔ Get clear on your next big move: VP, Chief, founder? Define your roadmap to make it happen.

✔ Expand your external network with curated 1:1 introductions and exclusive industry connections.

✔ Learn to negotiate your value, whether it’s a promotion, raise, or funding for your startup.

What clients are saying about the Career Accelerator:

frequently asked questions

  • By the end of this program, you’ll have a high-impact, executive-ready asset—a strategic proposal, pitch, or analysis that proves you can think and operate like a business leader in digital health.

Depending on your role and goals, you might create:

A business case for a new initiative, investment, or team expansion.

A strategic proposal for a product, partnership, or service line.

A pitch deck for a startup, consulting offer, or advisory role.

A revenue model analysis to map how a company generates value and scales.

A customer insights report that demonstrates deep understanding of key stakeholders (patients, providers, payers, or buyers).

An executive influence plan to position yourself as a strategic leader inside your company—or in the industry.

You’ll get step-by-step guidance to research, craft, and refine your work so you leave with something polished, powerful, and ready to use in your career—whether that means pitching an idea, driving a strategic initiative, or advancing into a bigger leadership role.

  • This is not a job search or job placement program—we don’t offer a job board, resume reviews, mock interviews, or tactical job search support. If you’re primarily looking for help with job applications and interview prep, this may not be the right fit.

That said, many members have found this program invaluable in elevating their candidacy for senior roles because they leave with:

✔ A strategic proposal or business case that demonstrates their ability to think and lead at an executive level.

Deeper industry knowledge and business fluency to confidently engage in high-level conversations.

Clearer articulation of their value and the ability to position themselves as a leader, not just an expert.

Connections with like-minded women who can open doors and provide guidance as they navigate leadership opportunities.

If your goal is to gain influence, sharpen your business acumen, and stand out as a strategic leader in digital health, this program will help. But ultimately, it’s up to you to apply what you learn and take the next step in your career.

  • Many of our members have been promoted or moved into higher-level roles after completing this program, but this is not a guaranteed promotion track—it’s about equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to operate at an executive level.

Unlike a job search program, we focus on real leadership development—helping you think, communicate, and lead like a top executive. You’ll get coaching and frameworks to navigate strategic decision-making, position yourself as a leader, and advocate for your next big career move.

    Members leave with:

✔ A strategic proposal or business case that proves their ability to drive business impact.

Deeper industry knowledge and business fluency to operate at a senior level.

Clearer articulation of their value—so they can confidently position themselves for leadership.

Connections with influential women in digital health—a network that can open doors to new opportunities.

If you’re actively preparing for a promotion or leadership transition, you’ll get coaching, strategy, and support to help you make that move. But ultimately, your success comes down to how you apply what you learn and advocate for your own growth.

  • Most members spend 3-5 hours per week engaging with the program. This includes:

Live coaching and expert workshops (1 coaching call and 1-2x workshops per month, typically 60-90 minutes each).

Independent work on your strategic project (researching, applying frameworks, refining your proposal).

Community engagement (industry roundtable discussions, asych conversation and networking with peers in Slack).

This program is designed for busy professionals—some weeks you may invest more time, while other weeks, you’ll focus on applying what you’ve learned directly in your role. You have full flexibility to engage at a pace that fits your schedule.

  • The Bold Collective offers high-touch support designed for experienced professionals who want practical, strategic guidance—not just passive content.

Live Group Coaching & Strategy Sessions → Get direct feedback on your ideas, proposals, and leadership challenges.

Expert Workshops → Learn from senior leaders and digital health experts on strategy, business models, and executive leadership.

1:1 Strategy Calls (Optional) → Book focused 20-minute sessions to get personalized advice when you need it.

Community & Peer Support → Connect, ask questions, and get support from both peers and Clare in Slack, providing guidance between calls.

On-Demand Resources & Templates → Access a library of industry-specific tools to help you execute what you learn.

This isn’t a self-paced course—it’s a program built for real interaction, coaching, and support to help you step into bigger leadership roles.

  • Not at all!

While many of our members are clinicians or researchers looking to translate their expertise into business impact, we work with women from a wide range of backgrounds in digital health.

If you’re in product, strategy, operations, partnerships, business development, or commercialization, this program will help you build the skills, confidence, and business fluency to lead at the highest levels.

Even if you don’t have a healthcare background, you’ll gain the market insights and strategic frameworks you need to succeed in digital health leadership.

  • The Career Accelerator is a safe, supportive space for women and nonbinary leaders who want to build influence and step into executive roles in digital health.

Our curriculum and community are designed for the unique challenges women face in male-dominated industries—from navigating executive dynamics to positioning themselves as strategic leaders.

This program is specifically built to equip women with the business, strategy, and leadership skills needed to thrive at the top levels of digital health.

  • We keep coaching flexible so you don’t have to fill your calendar with more calls. You can get feedback and support directly in Slack during weekly office hours, so you can make progress without waiting for a scheduled session.

When we do have live calls (e.g. monthly group coaching or expert speaker sessions) they’re scheduled midweek (Tuesday–Thursday) during working daytime hours (EST). This timing is designed to accommodate global time zones.

When you enroll before May 1, 2025, you’ll get immediate access to core content, community, the event recording archive, templates, and other resources. Live Slack coaching and group Q&A calls officially kick off in May, with some content released gradually before then.

  • You do not need to attend live sessions to get full value from this program.

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the member portal within 48 hours, so you can watch at your own pace. You’ll have on-demand access to all session recordings for the duration of your membership—no missing out.

Many members engage primarily through asynchronous support in our private Slack community, where you can ask questions, get feedback on your work, and connect directly with Clare and other members between sessions.

If you can’t join live, you’ll still have every resource, strategy, and opportunity to apply what you learn and advance in your career.

  • Enrollment & Access

Members can enroll at any time; you gain full access to the program for 365 days from your start date.

Early Access Offer: When you enroll before May 1, 2025, you’ll get immediate access to core content, community, the event recording archive, templates, and other resources. Live Slack coaching and group Q&A calls officially kick off in May, with some content released gradually before then.
